Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • More than 24 hours’ notice – no charge

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice – the full session fee will be charged

  • Missed appointments / no-shows – the full session fee will be charged

This policy helps protect regular appointment times and ensures fairness in managing the practice.

Refund Policy

Fees paid for therapy sessions are non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

  • if I need to cancel your appointment and am unable to offer a suitable alternative

  • if a payment has been made in error

  • where a refund is otherwise agreed at my discretion

If you cancel with more than 24 hours’ notice, any payment already made can usually be:

  • transferred to a rearranged appointment, or

  • refunded, depending on the circumstances

Refunds, where applicable, will usually be made using the original payment method.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late for your session, I will do my best to see you for the remaining time. However, the session will still usually end at the agreed time and the full session fee will still apply.

Cancellations by Me

If I need to cancel your appointment for any reason, I will give as much notice as possible and will aim to offer you an alternative appointment where available.

If this is not possible, any payment already made for that session will be refunded in full or carried forward to a future session, depending on your preference.

How to Cancel

Appointments can be cancelled or rearranged by email or text.

Please note that cancellations are only confirmed once they have been received.
